Leadership

As secretary, not only did I handle correspondence, documents, and meeting minutes, I also focused on supporting those within the Senate with their initiatives. Currently, I am the Senator of Academics where I am working on refining the new grading system to help students with their learning, reforming integrity systems to tackle the problem of cheating, and merging tutoring centers for more accessibility. I'm also the leader of the Math and Science Center (MSC), in which I lead 35+ tutors to head review sessions for all 26 AP, Honors, and on-level courses. Senate and the MSC is important to me because it has given me the opportunity to enact change in my school community and support the wellbeing of the student body.
